Property Managers are expected

Finding one person in possession of this kind of expertise is unlikely; finding several is next to impossible.  Unfortunately, in Alberta there are few resources for training Condominium Property Managers. 
 
       



New Managers face a very steep learning curve, and often burn out quite quickly due to the frustration that builds from the demands put upon them. 
Condominium Corporations receive less than stellar service, and often find they are being subjected to a frequent change in Manager.
