Welcome to our Document Management System demonstration!

Before begining the tutorial, there are a few things you should know about the system.

The DMS is a secure web portal to a web-site for use by an individual condominium corporation.
Each corporation has their own web site, and access to their site can be controlled to allow access to their various web pages or corporate documents by either:

the public
tenants
owners
board directors
property manager

Currently, we have 2 different "versions", but any combination of features can be incorporated into any site.

1. BASIC VERSION

Allows for:
Unlimited web pages;
Storage of all corporate documents required to be disclosed to any owner, prospective purchaser or mortgagee as per Section 44 of the Condominium Property Act of Alberta.
2. MANAGEMENT VERSION
Same as the Basic Version Plus:
Unlimited storage of ALL corporate documents;
Trouble Report feature (for residents to report maintenance or safety issues);
Management Issue feature (for Board Directors and Property Manager to track various management issues);
Discussion forum.
